We offer an express courier service which allows us to send anywhere in Europe in 24h, all backed by our satisfaction guarantee. We have a market-leading RMA or return rate, currently below 3%.

Grade evaluation

Our in-house team tests, tests, grades and qualifies all our mobile phones using the Official Electronic Diagnostic Systems of each manufacturer, along with a human quality control and an excellent aesthetic classification process to ensure that our customers receive the devices with the highest possible quality. We take the reliability of our rating very seriously so that some of our second-hand devices are close to the condition and performance of new phones. We operate five main grades:
